Rituals – Talent Toolkit

The Rituals Talent Toolkit is an online platform that allows employers to mindfully explore what they value in a candidate. Through reflective questions, insights, and interactive content, it encourages new thoughts and perspectives. The toolkit also features three mini-games, each enriched with hand-drawn animations.

In the first mini-game, employers define key personality traits they are looking for in a candidate. Each combination of traits corresponds to a flower, illustrated using frame-by-frame animation.

The second mini-game provides a moment for employers to step back and reflect on their recruitment process.

The third mini-game invites employers to answer a series of questions. Each response defines a layer to a canvas, resulting in a personalized visual.
